send it back unused within 30 days and we’ll refund you, minus postage. prints and stickers too, as long as they’re still in their sleeve.
arrived broken or wrong?
that one’s on us. email a photo within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, postage included.
how do i send it back?
email us with your order number first, we’ll reply with the return address. please don’t just post it to the ibis.
